roadshows about uni fees to parents

In the current economic climate parents seem over whelmed with the prospect of Univeristy fees.
I think it would be really useful to offer roadshows to the general public on the nuts and bolts of how the fee system will operate
Keep the message clear and simple, let then know why fees are required, what they get for their money, payback options and what help is out there in terms of bursaries and how do they get them
I think we need to help parents ans these questions earlier not the year their child applies so they are not put off from considering University as an option in the first place.If they are better informed it wil help them in the decison making process.
I appreciate we give talks at open days on financial matters but these concerns need to be addressed much earleir as there is so much incorrect information/myths arounnd regarding fees and students loans at present
