Manchester Beacon Awards sharing event

Description

The Manchester Beacon will celebrate and share learning from two public and community engagement projects:

The Cultural Awards: five pilot projects developing new cultural and knowledge exchange partnerships between universities, local communities and cultural organisations.

Community Leadership Programme:
- "Inspiring Leaders": a seven day leadership development programme designed especially for those involved in or supporting the voluntary and community sector.
-"Step Up": a bespoke professional development programme designed to support and mentor leaders from the BAME communities.

The event will give the opportunity to hear from the people involved in the projects, to network and find out how to get involved in future Manchester Beacon activity.
