Description
BCM9 isn't just content to mix up the facts with the funny. Inspired by The Golden Ratio exhibition at Nexus, our speakers are examining, poking and prodding the relationship between arts and science.
Join us at Nexus Art Cafe for our usual mix of laughs, learning and lemon drizzle cake. Speakers include mathematician KATIE STECKLES on the maths behind masterpieces, scientific busker RUTH PERKINS, artist BESS MARTIN on how new technology lends a new twist to her sculptures and MARTIN JACKSON of the physics of karate.
Compered by BCM's right brain Hannah Mosley, and with the music of Tom George, you'd be mad not to.
