Supporting Public Engagement: A Recognition Workshop

Learning from across the Beacons for public engagement has identified the need for Universities to focus on changing behaviour, systems and processes to help support a culture that values, encourages and incentivises public and community engagement activity.

Join University staff to share approaches to support this recognition agenda.

Thoughts and views will be shared to inform the context and plans for Universities to recognise engagement. PE practitioners and community partners welcome.

The session will start with lunch and an opportunity to network.

Of particular interest to: university leaders responsible for public engagement, HR staff and support staff.

Please note travel expenses for third/voluntary sector unwaged guests will be covered by the Manchester Beacon. Please bring your travel ticket with you to be reimbursed on the day.
